I have a question how I can merge my thesis statement into one sentence ?

How does the increase of money affect a person’s life ?
In the plays, “A Raisin in the Sun” by Lorraine Hansberry and “A Death of a Salesman” by Arthur Miller, the main characters are both similar in terms of their needs and desires. This impacts their performance throughout the play. The characters, Walter Lee from, “A Raisin in the Sun” and Willy Loman, from “A Death of a Salesman”, both isolated themselves away from their family to use the money for their own self-interest. Although some people believe that Willy and Walter are different in terms of their past, both characters are focused on the Insurance money and their behavior causes their dreams to fall apart. These behavior constants of being calm at first, then being obsessive and persistent throughout the play and finally the feeling of depression; but for Willy, it’s life changing.
