English legal sentence giving this meaning

I was searching for a legal sentence that would render the following meaning in English (of course I don't know it, but I will try to provide clarification). It is provided by Public Prosecutor at the end of an interrogation or investigation, signifying that they have read documents attached to the case being investigated. (That is, the Prosecutor states that he has fully read attachments, and that his signature proves that).
Our signature proves (signals) readability and approval of the documents, dated (today's date).
Currently I am translating this into English and your help is highly appreciated.
If also you would provide me with online materials about such reports and investigations, it would be more than enough.

It is difficult to suggest precise wording without knowing what form the document that is being signed takes and whether ir not it is attached to anything. A slight problem is that English legal documents tend not to referring to signing in the way the Arabic original appears to.

This is the difficulty here. I know something of the sort in the American law, which requires you to sign a legal document, certifying that you have understood the contract (lease, etc.).

The problem is that the legal language of one country may not have an exact equivalent in another (even if both use the same language) because different legal systems have different concepts and procedures. That's the most important result I got after a tiresome search and research.
I couldn't expect such variations, thinking that the target sentence is there, just waiting for me to pick it up. Yet, I found the procedures much different, especially when we are talking about prosecution and investigation proceedings.
I will bear that in mind while reviewing.
