English learners and allophones

What are the probplems Spanish speakers have with allophones when learning English?

I can't say I know Spanish phonology, but I know that Spanish learners might have problems with some consonants. They might pronounce English /b/ and /v/ the same, or use /s/ where /z/ would be espected. I don't know if those pairs are "allophones" in Spanish though.
