English language has no neutral singular third person pronoun

English language has no neutral singular third person pronoun. Is this possible that in the future some word may evolve to serve in this capacity?

There's also "they", but some people and editors don't accept it yet, especially in formal writing.
Search for "singular they".

"One" is the impersonal pronoun, or should be although some people use it to refer to themselves. What I'm sure Jackson is referring to is when the *** of the antecedent is unknown. "One" cannot be used in such a case. For example: 'Once the freefal
