Dear all. Here is my small paragraph about English. Please correct the mistake for me. Thank you.

All the subjects that I study in school, I think English is the most important one. We are mostly able to approach various knowledge sources through the English language. Since English is the language which is spoken and understood by many people in most countries of the world. Practically, English is also the most impotant means of comunication among the varous countries of the world. The new knowledge of inventions and discoveries in a country is transmitted to another countries through English for the benifit of the world. By this way English helps to spread knowledge and progress.

But I am not clearly understand the meaning of "Of all" in my second mistake. I usually see people use "All of the..." in stead, do they have the same meaning?

It is a matter of grammatical structure.

Let's look at your sentence:

Of all the subjects that I study in school, I think English is the most important one.

In this sentence, what is the subject? What is the verb?

Let's take the "core" of the sentence:

I (subject) think (verb) English is my most important subject (noun clause - direct object).

Add the prepositional phrase:

I think English is the most important one of all the subjects.

Add the adjective relative clause (modifying subjects)

I think English is the most important one of all the subjects that I study in school.

The prepositional phrase can be moved to the beginning of the sentence. You still have to keep the preposition (of). Prepositional phrases often come at the beginning of a sentence. Don't confuse them with the subject of the sentence.
