English is the easiest language of them

English is the easiest language of them all because it has only one word for both 'a' and 'the'.

Do you think that the because in this sentence is unnatural? Should I start a new sentence instead?

English does not have only one word for both 'a' and 'the'—it has three.

No. It's fine. Don't start a new sentence.

What you're saying is self-contradictory, however. You seem to be claiming that two words is one word. You'd do better to revise the sentence.
