English is difficult to me / for me

English is difficult to me / for me.

I know for me is natural, but is to me also used for the same meaning or is there a meaning difference difficult to me and difficult for me?

Thank you so much in advance.

"To me" isn't used in that context. It's as if the English language is being mean to you.
