"Current fast moving world, everybody is having some kind of problems and living with unsatisfication life..." like........some kind topics .. business letters..or .Personal letters..

Writing a letter is easy,But some time I'm not able to write letter properly(it takes more time)..after writing a letter...feeling like whether my letter is right or not..So many confustion...
How to comeover these problems ??
What are possiblity to increase the my word power ?? any one have some quick tips !!!
