English grammer questions and queries

Hi ,

I am Vinod Bedarkar from Bombay.

I will be greatly grateful to you, if you answer my queries and send it to me on my Email ID namely (Email Removed).

If you will like to help me, i will be very very indebted to you. This is because if i improve my english speaking & pronunciation skills i will get a good job in India. right now I am jobless .

My questions are;

1) Suppose that Mr. Ian has been reading The Times since last four yrs. and he still reads it & will continue reading in future also,

Now my question is that I am not very sure about this thing that he has been doing that and I think PERHAPS HE HAS BEEN DOING,TELL ME HOW ONE WILL SAY THAT USING modal aux. (might). and other way of saying that if any.

2)In following cases write equivalent of theirs. ( Here i am confused about TO BE + PAST PARTICIPLE)

A) THE REPORT TO BE PUBLISHED IS
B) THE NAMES TO BE NOMINATED ARE
HOPE U WILL ANS THESE

(1) 'Perhaps/maybe Mr. Ian is reading The Times'. 'Mr. Ian may/might/could be reading The Times'.--- these sentences express the feeling of a possible habitual
