I want to express the meaning below:

I have never seen a person who can be so beautiful.(means that I'm so surprised that this person is so beautiful)

The question is:

1. Are the sentence above correct?

2. Is it ok if I just say :I don't know human exist so beautiful. If this sentence is wrong, how can I express the same idea with sentence as short as this.
