Please clarify the following sentence.

1. They are asking as to what exactly training that is going to be imparted.

2. They are asking has to what exactly training that is going to be imparted.

Whether 1 is correct sentence or 2?

Please clarify.

They are asking what exactly the training will cover. They asking what exactly the training will entail. They are asking what subjects/areas the training will cover Information is imparted, I have never heard it used for training.

Information is imparted, I have never heard it used for training.

You can't say "what exactly training", because "exactly" is an adverb and wouldn't modify the noun, "training."
