Hai , This is Jai from India .. When we speak about the saying of great people , who experied . Do we need to speak in past tence or present .. Like ex MK Gandhi has said , it is too bad to be too good or MK Gandhi had said it is too bad to be too Good . Which one is correct .. Pls help
