Hi Can someone confirm that 1) Drinking is a gerund in this sentence. Drinking milk is good for your health. 2) Drinking is the present participle and forms the present continuous tense in this sentence. I love drinking milk.
Also that the "to solve" in the following sentences is the full infinitive being used as an adjective phrase.
1) To solve this problem is difficult. 2) It is difficult to solve this problem.
