Dear english forum members

I want to make the following question

In the sentence

The architect chose picks on purpose a sheet at the middle of her red folder, making sure than the sheet have a blue stamp on the bottom. Then he puts the sheet over the others sheets of the folder.

In that sentence i want to explain that the architect have a plastic red folder. She picks on purpose a sheet with a blue stamp, and then he puts the sheet over the other sheets of the folder, because she wants that this sheet be the first sheet read by his boss after the boss opens the plastic folder

Is the sentence ok?

Best Regards and thanks
