Is this a grammatically correct sentence - "You can attend the meeting in my stead"?

Hi, Yes, but more commonly said is eg You can attend the meeting instead of me. eg You can represent me at the meeting. Note the meanings are a bit different.

Yes, but more commonly said is

eg You can attend the meeting instead of me.

eg You can represent me at the meeting.


Note the meanings are a bit different.

The grammar is fine, but note that 'stead' is not used much these days. 'in my place' is the more usual phrase.
