please correct any grammetical errors/tense errors and explain in order to improve my writing.

Sara came to Hyderabad airport by flight. Then, she reached Begumpet by auto where she is received by john and escorted her up to the Greenvalley Apartment. After some time,John guided her to the venue, The Arcans restaurant, where the marriage function is being organized.

We say arrived by plane or arrived on a flight.

She reached Begumpet by car is fine but it sounds like that's going to be the end of the story to me rather than the beginning so I have given you another suggestion. (Sometimes things aren't wrong or right in English and down to ways people write).

Auto we don't use in BrE, and I have never seen it used by Americans either, they sometimes say automobile.

Recieved by John (Don't forgt your capital) sounds very formal for this context.

After some time isn't worng again but I feel that Some time later is a better choice of words.

As this is a story it is better to leave everything in the past tense.

Function being organised - sounds more like they are planning it rather than holding it.
