Hi

I think this is better.
  • What did she tell you?
  • What has she told you?
After the verb 'to tell', you always refer to the person that received the information.
If you don't want to refer to that person, you can use the verb 'to say' instead.
  • What did she say?
Kind regards

Did + past participle (told) isn't possible so it could be:
The simple past: What did she tell you?
The present perfect: What has she told you? (if the action has taken place just now!)
The past perfect: What had she told you?

" What did she told" is wrong because you can't say did with another past tense of a verb which is told in your sentence.

You should write "What did she tell?" is more correct.

hi, Alex, can I ask you some questions about the forum?

What kind of questions do you tend to answer in the forum? What motivates you to answer?

and how do you interpret others' questions before you answer?

I am very thankful if you could express your opinions with me.

Thanks
