Hello,

I'd simply say (and write) "later".

As for its usage, here are a few examples from thehttp://www.oup.com/elt/catalogue/teachersites/oald7/?cc=global:

There are 2 ways to make the comparative:
1) Add -er to the base word. This is used for words with one syllable:

late - later,
sad - sadder
hot - hotter
cold - colder
cheap - cheaper
fair - fairer

2) Use "more" + the base word. This is used when the word has more than 2 syllables:

more beautiful
more satisfied
more expensive
