Please tell the difference between below mentioned sentences. Which one can be used in which context?

Are both of them correct?

1.Had I been provided the knowledge in that domain, I would have definitely worked hard.

2.If I was provided the knowledge in that domain, I would have definitely worked hard.

No, only #1 is grammatically correct. If you change #2, it will be correct also:
2.If I had been provided the knowledge in that domain, I would have definitely worked hard.

but sometimes in the If part of the sentence past tense is used in these type of conditional sentences.

Neither sentence is correct.
1. Had I been provided with some knowledge of that domain, I would definitely have worked hard.
2. If I had been provided with some knowledge of that domain, I would definitely have worked hard.

First sentence is right.
2nd is not right because "i was provieded the knowledge" means you had been already informed, but in frist case you were not informed.
