English Exam - Hands Hurt

Sorry but I did not know where to put this question....

Anyway here is my question....

Is there anything I can do to get my hand strengh up because at my school we use laptops and when it comes to an english exam we are all hurting in the hands, they hurt a lot and I want to be able to do something so this won't happen.

Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me from not hurting so much?
