English essay , help plz

0I am a dutch student from the netherlands and i need to work on an essay for our english class, i think it looks quite good at the moment, but can anyone take a look at it please ? 02br
00When attending the education, Management economics and Law in 00‘dual’00 form it is required that we work for half a year in the second year of our education. Because of that working experience we have got a new project. The project is about being a good employer and good employee. We will be taking a look at various aspects such as: management economics and law. For each aspect we will create around 20 criteria, which allow you to conclude if the employer/employee is a good or bad employer/employee. 00My part in the project: 00When we started on the project my main role was to create criteria for judging whether or not the employer and employee are both a good employer and employee in an economic way. An example here is the competitive market in which the employer and employee have a big role. The employer needs to adjust the strategy on the competition and the employee can focus on being a great asset to the company (taking responsibility). For the determination of which criteria to use, I was using a study book about economics called ‘meso-economie’. 00One of the problems I ran into that got me worried, was that I couldn’t find enough good criteria in the book to use for the project. I was lucky that I haven’t sold my old economic books from the past school year, because I really needed them now for my part of the project. 00How far have I gotten now? 00My part of the project is as good as finished at the moment. I finished my work and gave it to the guys in my project group to check it for grammar and if the criteria is good enough to use. They may even add some criteria, although I think that my part is decent enough. I also created the front of the rapport with a program called ‘Photoshop’. The last thing I finished today is the foreword of the rapport. 00The project and my opinion:00When we first got a word on the project I had the feeling that it wouldn’t be a great project were you can actually learn something. Your ability as a student to select an employer is good enough as it is. I don’t think that this project will be any asset to us. No one in my group likes the way the project is put together. It seems pretty useless to us. We rather do something like the final from last year, called ‘Management in action (MIA)’. The project MIA was in my opinion a great project. All prospects of our education were being dealt with in that project. I felt like I was actually learning something unlike this project. There are also many mistakes made by the teachers who 00accompany00 the project. One says one thing and some other says another thing. We all get confused and then we start whining to our other classmates. 00Career:00For my future career the project might be usefull to me as I would like be a manager in my future career, and then I might need to select employees or be their manager. But I wonder how useful it actually will be. Only time will tell. 0-
