Hello, i wrote a small essay of 200 words in english wich the main subject is toying with brain. Could you please check it ? I am sure there is a lot of misstakes but i can't figure out where.

The last century had seen improvement in every field of bio-physiology and medicine, and now we are improving technics applied on thread we almost totally understand. Among this sphere, brain remain the mainframe and the hardest biological unit to understand, there is a growing interest for it as it can unlock many doors in many fields of research and applications. First of all we will see how it can improve the life of disabled people, and what could be done to enhance natural human abilities. Secondly, why brain research is a particularly sensitive subject.
