Please clear my doubt: is it ok to say-Power came... or power is gone.. any other better way to say this..Also returning fair is $3 and upcoming fair is $3 dollar....is it right?Again...May I know the way to Ram hospital...then in reply..you have to go straight down the road...after walking for 1 km you will see a circle. Turn left and go again for 1.5 Km, you will see ram hospital on your left side...is it right?Basically I just want to know how to tell about way to go anywhere..And last question:He lives besides my room(to express someone is my neighbour)...he lives just in front of my home..please suggest me the  right way to tell..Thanks in advance..

If you are talking about the electricity supply to you house, you can say "The power went out" and "The power came back".

2. "Returning fair is $3" and "Upcoming fair is $3 dollar" Are the correct?

I'm afraid I don't know what you been by 'returning' and upcoming' fairs.

3. Can you tell me how to get to the Ram Hospital, please?
Go straight down this for about one kilometre. Turn left at the roundabout and continue for another one and a half kilometres. You'll see the Ram Hospital on your left.

4.He lives besides my room (to express someone is my neighbour)...he lives just in front of my home.

Are you talking about houses or rooms in a block of flats?

First of all, thanks for your comments. I will put my every question in a different thread. Just for the present thread,

I'm afraid I don't know what you been by 'returning' and upcoming' fairs.
I means by traveling fare to go and come back from a place e.g. office to home. Sorry for the spelling mistake(fairs).

I think that sentence would be same whether we talk about individual homes or two persons living in different rooms in a same flat.
But it seems that sentences are different in both the situations. If so, I would be happy to hear your suggestions regarding both cases. Please guide me. Thanks.

I wish to know how to express individual fare, i.e. the fare for A to B only (it's like I am in office now and I am discussing about fare for home to office only). Again by being in office, I am discussing about one way fare for office to home.

Sorry for not being too clear previously. Does first sentence signifies whether he lives next right to my home/room or next left to my home/room, or we can mention that also in any manner. Also its all about discussion to a third person.
what If someone approached me and asked me do you know the home of ram?
Let me explain my question in a simple manner: The configuration of houses in our block is like below

Now I am staying in house no 6. I want to locate each of the left home, in both cases i.e. if someone is asking to me about the location of others home or I am discussing to a second person about it, what could be my answers.

The one-way fare is $3.00. That is, to go there, the fare is $3, and to return, the fare is $3.

If you're living in #6, then you might locate the other houses as follows:

#2 is the house directly across the street from me.

#5 is the house next door to me, to the left.

#7 is the house next door to me, to the right.

#1 is the house next door to the house directly across from me, to the left.

#3 is the house next door to the house directly across from me, to the right.

#8 is two houses down from me, to the right.

#10 is three houses down from me, to the right.

#4 is two houses down from the house directly across from me, to the right.

#9 is three houses down from the house directly across from me, to the right.
