I think you're looking for the standard sentence construction that goes like this:

"The harder you work, the more you succeed"

"The more you love others, the more you will be loved"

"The bigger they are, the harder they fall"

"The higher your blood pressure, the greater your risk of haemorrhage".

This is a common way to express a positive correlation between two amounts; the sentences simply mean "if you work harder, you will succeed more", "if you're bigger, you fall harder", etc.

This sentence structure always has the comma, which is just a short pause, and the two THE words - the one at the start, and the one after the comma: "the bigger they are, the harder they fall"

This form sounds best when the syllables in the two halves match up; it has a kind of "punch" because it sounds rhythmic, kind of like a two-line poem:

the BIGGER they ARE,

the HARDER they FALL.

In your case, I personally wouldn't use that form, because it is so long that it loses its punch. I would simply say "higher blood pressure increases the risk of haemorrhage".
