Hi,

I find problem with finding correct "Articles" especially when to add "The" and not.

I know when we talk about specific thing, we should add "The". Why we add "the" in below sentence when we talk about general "right experience"?

1."And it’s not just finding people with the right experience or background"

2."He characterized the difference between management and leadership"


Can we replace the sentence like below without "the"

1."And it’s not just finding people with right experience or background"
