The line graph illustrates the number of queries received by the Tourist Information Office in a particular city via three means of communication, namely in person, letter/email, telephone between January and June in 2011.

Overall, it is noticeable that whereas the number of enquiries received by telephone and in person increased, there was a moderate decline in the number of enquiries received by letter/email over the period shown. Furthermore, the figure for in person had the highest.

January of 2011, the number of queries received by telephone was the highest roughly 900. However, that of in person was the lowest, around 400. Over the following 6 months, Telephone witnessed a dramatic rise in the number of queries received to 1600. By contrast, the figure for in person fell slightly to 800 in February before reaching its peak at 1850 in Jun.

In January, 750 people communicated by letter/email. Furthermore, Letter/email experienced a sight decrease to 730 in March, then continued to falling to 350 before remaining unchanged in Jun by the end of the period.
