Hey Kim,

It’s been a while since we last met. Are you still fine? I have received your letter. Let me tell you something which may be useful for you when you stay at my flat.

I put the key under the carpet in front of the flat so you can easily find it. Oh, and remember to keep it carefully because it’s the last one I have. My flat is quite small but I think it is suitable for living alone. Everything is the same as a normal flat; however, the washing machine has broken down. I haven’t fixed it yet so you have to do the laundry by hand.

There are many shops for you to buy food. They are near my flat so you can walk to them. To the right of my flat, there are some shops which sell food like beef, meat, egg, sausages, noodle, vegetables,… To the left of my flat, they sell some fast food and snacks. Especially there is a restaurant that sells super delicious pasta. You should give it a try!
