The last time I took a break was an hour ago. I have a lot of classes during the day, but in between classes, whenever I get time, I like to take a break. I feel my brain is exhausted, and after taking some rest, I feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

"English?" is not a very good title.

You're OK, but I would change "taking some rest" to "getting some rest". We take a break, but we get some rest, in the US, anyway.
