English

hi there, I have just heard this sentence from a speaker in TedTalk

And she says: "What 3-5 things would make it a great year for you professionally"

What do you think professionally refers to ?

I did some search on the Internet and Cambride dictionary yet I can not find out the most suitable meaning for it.

Thanks for your answer!
