Can i go from B1 to b2 in English in 3 months if i study 5-6 hours every day?

No one knows. It depends very much on your linguistic flair. A Briton arrived in Finland and learned to speak excellent Finnish in a few years even though English and Finnish aren't even remotely related. Even Russian is more closely related to English than Finnish.

Don't get me wrong, though. I certainly don't mean to say that all Britons learn foreign languages easily and Germans don't.??

Here is B1:

A person at the B1 intermediate level can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, and shopping. They can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. They can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. They can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

IELTS Band 4-5

Here is B2:

A person at the B2 upper-intermediate level can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialisation. They can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. They can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

IELTS Band 6.

Note:

Most universities that use English as their instructional language require an IELTS band score higher than band 6. The most exclusive ones in the US require a 7.5.

I have heard that the IELTS essay section is the most challenging. However, you should assess the areas of the exam (speaking, listening, reading and writing) to discover where you are the weakest and focus your studies on improvement there. It is important to get feedback from a native speaker to get to the root of your fluency problems. If you keep unwittingly making the same mistakes, you will not make much progress.
