We live in an age when many of us have unhealthy lifestyles; especially children and young people. It goes without saying that more and more people living unhealthily is one of the most important issue facing us today. Because of convenient and modern devices, they are always on the screen instead of going out, and . Moreover, today’s children live in a hygienic surroundings, so they have plenty of ways and conditions to stay in shape than before.

In my opinion, parents are significant factor which determine children have healthy lifestyle or not. Parents should limit time that children spend sitting front the screens and encourage them to go out to meet their friends or do exercises regularly. In addition, parents should spend time at every weekends in order to play sports with children.

Schools also play a vital role in helping their students acquire good lifestyles. Some children, sometimes, spend all day at school, so they must abide the school diet although it is good for their health or not. In addition, teaching to children healthy habits is an integral responsibility of school education. Their aware of lifestyle will be wrong if schools skip teaching them. Schools should provide a welcoming , increase regular exercise in their timetables instance physical education and compulsory sports.

On the order hand, government and healthy organizations also contribute to help people, who are live unhealthily, understand and change their lifestyles. Moreover, should promote programmes about healthy eating or should give courses to parents on how to bring up their children

To sum up, parents and schools are able to improve children's lifestyle simultaneously. In other words, I believe that kids can lead a healthier life if they are under the guidance of both parents and teachers.
