HI all, I will be greatly greatful , if you can help me out on this?

As all we know that pronoun is used as nouns or used to modify nouns.
But i have come across something which goes just no where from rule, but interestingly it makes absolutely grammatically correct.

'CALL ME IMMEDIATELY"
please note: In the above sentence 'Me' which is a personal pronoun modifying as Adverb.
so please , please help me how is this happening under what conditions or exceptions or cases it happens.
It will be great you can provide more examples with the same.
