I'd say that the negative word is 'show-off':
- He wears the best clothes, he goes on about his job and his salary but he's just a show-off - that's the only reason women pay attention to him
.. and a positive word would be 'charisma':
- When he enters a room, people notice - they want to hear what he has to say. He doesn't seem to make any fuss or effort ab
