How should I call a person who's currently homeless, without using two words. I mean if "homeless" can be used as a noun or if there's any different appropriate word for this thing?

You can say "the homeless" meaning homeless people in general (this is similar to "the poor", "the sick", etc.). However, you cannot use the word (as a noun) to refer to an individual homeless person. I cannot think of any single word that means exactly "a homeless person" and no more.
