Is the following sentence right grammatically?
"It's been many times that I confuse it" meaning that "I have confused this thing many tines already"..?

Your other sentence is OK (apart from the small typo):

I have confused this thing many times (already).

But be sure that "confused" is the best word. I would need more context to advise on this.
