Au contraire! I'm sure you haven't. They are never actually written down; they're implied.

That's why we can't give the OP an actual example of an implied topic sentence; we can only give an example of a paragraph that has no topic sentence. Such a paragraph would theoretically have an implied topic sentence that we could only guess at.
