Your dress is very pretty. (Only a female wears a dress.)

"Pretty" works, but there are loads and loads of different adjectives you could use with a sentence like that.

Pretty, beautiful, stunning, becoming, shapely, gorgeous, lovely, cute, elegant, tasteful, glamourous, stunning, etc etc...

Hi,

You can use numerous adjectives. There was no request for a list. I just chose one, to complete the sentence.

If a list is of interest, don't' forget the more negative ones, eg Your dress is very ugly.
