Is that a letter of complaint for an English test? If so:

1. the letter must be formal;
2. start explaining who you are and why you are writing;
3. describe what happened;
4. explain how you've been damaged;
5. ask for some sort of compensation or suggest some kind of improvement, depending on why you are complaining.
