I need help for my essay on government corruption. I want to form a thesis that compares Russia and the United States stating that these two countries have corrupt governemtnts. But i have no idea how to form such a thesis or introductions.

for my 3 points i was going to talk about what lead to the goverenment corruption

- democracy

- vote rig

- and maybe beaurocracy
