English

Hello. I have a homework, and I don't know how can I do this. My homework is: ' They always say time changes things but you actually have to change them yourself.' Do you agree? Justify your opinion.
I completely don't know what to say, because my English isn't good. If somebody could help me < for example : write a few arguments,> I will be very grateful.
