Please give a context that you would use it in so that the forum can better answer your question.

"Buckfull" is not a real word, but "bucket full of ..." is

He found a bucket full of gold in the cave= A bucket filled with gold.

He reached into his pocket and gave the old man a handful of coins = number of coins fit inside his hand.

Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary lists both "bucketfuls" (only one "L") and "bucketsful."

(Maybe you could use "bucketfuls" if there is only one bucket being filled over and over, and "bucketsful" if there are many different buckets being filled.)


Edited to add: several other online sources give only "bucketfuls," so I would say that is the preferred plural.
