Hi 
I make some sentences, but I am not sure whether they are right.
If you find something wrong in Grammar or vocabulary, help me check them.

1.As a result of my hometown located in a mountainous area, private businesses 
are not willing to invest money in setting up the Internet
2.Foreigners who pay a visit to my hometown ask directions to local 
inhabitants telling them how to go in English.
3.In the ever-changing world, while new theories, concepts and knowledge continue 
to be brought, authors of any fields can’t renew their books and publish them in time
