The Lendee explicitly agrees that the Lender shall submit enforcement proposal to the Court, so as to enforce the security over the Lendee’s entire assets, at maturity from article 3 (three) of this Agreement, in the occurrence of non-payment and for the purposes of payment of the amount owned from article 1 (one) of this Agreement, increased for legal interests as well as for all costs that might arise in settling this debt, on the basis of this Agreement.
