Energetic

What's the noun of 'Energetic' when we want to say it about a person? I was thinking about 'Energeticness'...lol

I need some synonims like 'vigorousness'. I also found 'sappiness' but it's a new word to me; how does it sound?

Instead of adding to "energetic" to produce monsters such as "energeticness" or "energeticity", why not remove a little to produce the ordinary noun "energy"?

My teacher is very energetic; he is full of [energy / *energeticness / *energeticity].
