Which are correct:

1-They have killed enemies who fell into their hands.
2-They have killed enemies who fall into their hands.
3-They killed enemies who fell into their hands.

In which case:
a-They killed every enemy that fell into their hands.
and in which:
b-They killed some of the enemies that fell into their hands
and in which:
c-They might have killed some or all of the enemies that fell into their hands.

Is '2' correct at all:

2-They have killed enemies who fall into their hands.

It seems to me that the tenses don't match.

They don't need to: 'fall' is universal present (i.e., any time).
