Ending the letters

Is it correct to write " MY BEST " at the end of letters ( Formal or Informal) ?

It is not correct at the end of formal letters. In informal letters you can write what you want, but 'My best' is not commonly used. Some more commonly used expressions are Best wishes, Kind/Warm/Warmest regards, All the best.
