ending preposition

Please advise if the preposition at the end of each of the following sentences is needed.

Which restaurant did you go to?

Which hotel do you stay at?

Which girl did you go out with?

Is there a rule to follow to determine if the preposition is needed in this case?

All the prepositions are needed. You would talk about 'go to a restaurant' not 'go a restaurant'. 'Stay at a hotel' not 'stay a hotel'.
