Letter Writing

Ending of a letter

Is the sentence, "Thank you for your time as I know it is valuable" a proper sentence?

Top answer

Hi, Yes, although I'd put a comma after 'time'. But in Canada, I think many people would feel this is a bit too obsequious. I suggest just eg 'Thank you for your time'.
