ending letters, emails

Hello people,

I have two questions:

1. I would like to refrsh myself about endings in letters.

One may say,
Best,
Sincerely,
With Regards,
Caio, etc...

I would like to learn other endings.

2. If say

"With pleasent hours,
name"

at the end of an email, would this be correct? Would this be understood as wishing pleasent hours for the rest of the evening or day?

Or is my usage wrong?
