Ending a Sentence With a Preposition

Is this correct?

The woman lives down the road from the skydiving business and can hear, but not see, the plane from which her daughter is preparing to jump from.

You don't need the 'from' at the end of the sentence, as you've already said
'the plane from which' - i.e. you can say:

'...the plane from which her daughter is preparing to jump'.
